Beam Paints - Cat Paintable Cards & Palettes
New Paintables! These cards are 6”x7” printed on Fabriano watercolor paper and are printed letterpress in house at the Beam Paints workshop!
The ceramic paw paint palettes are inspired by the Beam Paints studio cat, Peachy, who is fond of walking across the slabs of clay and leaving little toe prints! Filled with the same watercolor as the Beam Paints cards and measuring approx 1.5-2 inch across, they are the perfect little mini palette to pop in your pocket and paint on the go!
Drawing from Indigenous knowledge on pigments and paint traditions, Beam Paints is centered on the M’Chigeeng First Nation reserve and is Anishinaabe Kwe owned. They employ local paintmakers and woodworkers in surrounding communities including M’Chigeeng, Sagamok and Wikwemikong to create paints, art kits, and studio supplies.
