Specially formulated blends are packed with essential oils that are locked in during our drying process. In order to rejuvenate these herbs and reap their benefits, boiling water and space to expand are critical components of the steeping process. While we recommend using a French press for best results, tea balls and regular strainers work, too! Empty entire jar of herbal blend into a ziplock bag and shake until thoroughly combined, then pour contents back into original jar Depending on desired strength, start by spooning in 1-2 teaspoons of herbal blend Pour 8oz of boiling water over herbs Covering the tea, steep for at least 10-15 minutes Strain herbs from water Sip, savor, and enjoy!
