To use:
To apply the Birdbath Botanical Body Oil as a daily moisturizer after the shower:
After showering, gently pat your skin dry with a towel. Avoid rubbing your skin, as this can cause irritation. While your skin is still damp, apply a few drops of the body oil to your palms. Rub your palms together to warm the oil and help it spread more easily. Massage the oil into your skin using long, smooth strokes. Be sure to cover all areas of your body, including your arms, legs, and torso. Allow the oil to fully absorb into your skin before getting dressed.
To use the Birdbath Botanical Body Oil as a massage oil:
Pour a small amount of oil into a bowl or onto a plate. You may need to experiment with the amount of oil you use to find the right consistency for your massage. Warm the oil by rubbing your hands together or by placing the bowl or plate on a heating pad or in a warm water bath. Apply the oil to your skin using long, smooth strokes. You can use your hands, a massage tool, or a soft cloth to apply the oil. Focus on areas of tension or discomfort, using firm pressure to work the oil into the skin.
