Corn Prickle is a corn hot sauce, made to honor Corn Mother and also our Porcupine Mother who lived here on the farm for many years (A Prickle is a family of Porcupines, in case you were curious).
This unique Verde has a base of Oak smoked Sweet Corn that pairs excellently with the Serrano chiles, roasted Poblanos, Onions, Cilantro, Garlic, Lime juice, and a bit of a savory kick with Nutritional Yeast.
It is an excellent Taco sauce, use it on Fish, Chicken, Breakfast Burritos and those late-night Quesadillas.
We know this one won't last long once opened, however, keep it refrigerated after opening to preserve the flavor.
