Each blister packet includes 10 tablets. Each tablet is scored to easily break into four pieces, each will set approximately 3-4 gallons of milk.
Directions
- Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water, use one tablet to clot 50 liters of milk
- When tablet is completely dissolved, add 2 or 3 teaspoons of salt and stir.
- Add solution into warmed milk at 86-95 degrees Fahrenheit
- Stir for 2 or 3 minutes, then allow milk to rest until completely coagulated
