
We put together a recipe using our new Pudgy Pie maker and a few ingredients from our Native Food Market. We use Native food producers Seka Hills and Red Lake Nation to level up our culinary game!
Ingredients
- butter
- bread
- Seka Hills Almond Butter (or peanut butter of choice!)
- Red Lake Nation Jelly (or jelly of your choice!)
Preparation
Pre-heat our ROME Pie Irons. Apply butter to the inside of the pie iron. Apply peanut butter and jelly to center of bread leaving the outside edges clear. You can apply the ingredients to the bread before or after you put the bread in the pudgy pie maker. Close iron and place over fire. Rotate your pie iron when cooking for even cooking. Cook until the outsides of the bread are golden brown.
