It was the mud dauber who taught the Cherokee people how to make pottery. The Didanissgi earrings are name for the little mud daubber. The hand drawn pattern is based on designs found on early Cherokee pots. Traditionally, these designs were made by paddles. These earrings are engraved with a common pottery pattern.
The earrings are 3/4" in diameter and have surgical stainless steel French wires. Handmade in a studio in Oklahoma.
